A great book on food preservation with many questions on the topic of canning, drying, freezing, fermenting, pickling, and more.

This book was so great, it was reviewed on two different blogs along with a recipe to try from each: homemade apple pectin on the garden blog, and blueberry gastrique on the home blog.
